The Furniture Asset Pack 01 includes:

The pack includes a Unity project with all of the above as Prefabs and a sample scene (as seen in the screenshots).

Each asset has a 2048px texture included with Photoshop files meaning you can edit textures. 

The TV has a separate mesh and material for the screen enabling you to change what is displayed.

The light bulb is separate from the lamp enabling you to change the emission value for that material.
